Lots of windows and height make for incredible views. Top floor has living and dining areas, gourmet kitchen, entertainment corner and bathroom. Middle level is mostly storage. Water level rooms include 2 bedrooms, office area and bathroom.

The view southwest - early evening fog creeps over the top of Wolfe Grade and Hwy 101. The Golden Gate Bridge is just 3 minutes beyond the hill.

A kingfisher perches on the neighbor's mast watching patiently. Our feathered friend's reward swam by only seconds later and immediately became dinner.
